Can't thank you enough for the magic porridge flour. As a diabetic patient for more than fifteen years now, I have been advised against taking porridge by our diabetologist. He said it would result in immediate spike. So we avoided it. But on receiving your aromatic porridge flour which clearly mentioned low GI, I was tempted and wanted to test it. For the past four days, i am taking in the afternoon. I took blood sugar test after two hours from taking this porridge. To my surprise it showed just 96!!! Wow!! What a fantastic reading!! I just loved it. Second time, next day, i took test after one hour because i wanted to see whether it spikes in one hour. There also pleasant surprise. It showed only 106. After two hours it went down as low as 70. My God!! This is simply magic!! And even without any sugar substitutes added, it tastes great with lovely aroma!!
